Ubisoft announced its Assasins Creed classics will be returning to the Nintendo Switch console.
Alongside the games, The Ezio Collection will also include two short films, Assassin’s Creed Lineage and Assassin’s Creed Embers.
Both the films and games have been released before.
However, the full collection will allow fans to relive the beloved games and obtain a complete collection of Ezio Auditore’s character.
The Nintendo Switch version will also integrate features such as Handheld Mode, HD Rumble, Touchscreen Interface, and Optimized HUD.
It is still unclear if these changes will be meaningful or if any further improvements will be made to bring the gameplay to today’s standards.
Previously, when the Ezio Collection was relaunched for Xbox and PS4 in 2016, it was criticized for not improving the gameplay.
This led the relaunch to be underwhelming for those who have played it before and were expecting more from the console version.
The console version also flouted newcomers who prefer the newer games with better graphics and overall engagement.
