Unreal Engine 4 which is the development platform for a list of games including Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, Mortal Kombat and Tencent Games’ PUBG MOBILE have been drawn into the dispute between Apple and Epic Games.
Fortnite has been removed from the App store and all their developer accounts and access to iOs and Mac development tools have been terminated. Epic Games have filed a lawsuit to counter this recent action taken by Apple.
Apple's actions would mean that games which use Unreal Engine 4 would be able to continue playing the games but would be unable to receive updates of the software. In essence the Unreal Engine would no longer be able to be used to make and deploy iOS games on Apple's App Store....
