Invictus Gaming (IG), a professional esports team from China, has emerged as champions for the Dota 2 Singapore Major event hosted by ONE Esports.
The team defeated America’s Evil Geniuses (EG) 3-2 in the grand finals.
Invictus Gaming, which is made up of 2 Malaysians and 3 Chinese players, will walk away with a total of $200,000 in prize money and 500 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) points.
The DPC points earned from the Singapore Major will help the team secure a spot at this year’s upcoming The International (TI) 10 tournament.
