EA Racing Studio Hit With Significant Layoffs

Firemonkeys, an EA-owned studio that develops racing games, will lose up to two-thirds of its staff as a result of massive layoffs.

This is apparently a euphemistic way of announcing that the staff who maintain the two racing titles will be made redundant or shifted to other projects.
