Helldivers 2 Announced With Gameplay Trailer At 2023 PlayStation Showcase

Story Highlights:

Set on the same Super Earth as the first game, Helldivers II will see players take part in chaotic, futuristic battles against the enemies of Super Earth, with online multiplayer available for a more social experience.

Arrowhead Studios just unveiled the sequel to its 2015 top-down shooter, Helldivers, via a new trailer shown at the 2023 PlayStation Showcase.

Helldivers II is a third-person shooter, with Arrowhead Studios evidently deciding to toss out its predecessor's top-down POV in favor of a more intimate camera angle.
