Nine champions are up for changes in League Patch 13.23, including Janna, Riven, Trundle, and Vel’Koz (buffs) and fresh-faced trio Briar, K’Sante, and Naafiri, reigning meta beast Jarvan IV, and Ziggs (nerfs).
