Though the patch notes are surprisingly short (and rather vague), it's important to remember that not all studios list every single bug they've fixed when they publish patch notes, so don't be too surprised if some or all of the previously mentioned "beneficial bugs" have been addressed via the latest patch.
Although some of the worst offenders were addressed prior to the game's official launch, there are still plenty bugs in Bethesda's massive new RPG, though not all of them are necessarily a bad thing--in fact, several bugs can be exploited for monetary gain, early access to restricted loot, or the ability to obtain endless resources.
Still, some bugs are not so player-friendly, like repeated game crashes--something Bethesda is aiming to fix via the latest 1.7.33 patch.
