Rell is getting a major hotfix following its recent LoL mid-scope update

Story Highlights:

Only one day after her mid-scope update got released in Patch 13.11, Rell is already receiving some hotfix buffs, hoping to push her win rates up again.

The changes are already on the live servers After a successful Neeko release, Rell was the second of the three planned mid-scope updates Riot promised us.

According to Riot Raptorr, if the changes are still not good enough, they will look to buff her up even more in the following Patch 13.12.
