Riverboats, for example, are units that can fight only against other naval units, but (as the name suggests) they are able to cross narrow rivers that other boats are simply too big for, while Frogs are a new version of Wargroove’s loyal dog units that can use their tongues to pull friend and foe towards them.
Telling the story from three different points of view makes it easier to introduce all the factions early as well, but it also means none of the stories truly feels like the “main” campaign – they don’t connect as smoothly as before, but the variety they each bring is still a good tradeoff for their lack of a more cohesive story.
